We accept Arabians, Half Arabians, as well as other breeds of horses in our programs.

If you have a unique situation (special medication/feed/bedding)
we will work with you to come up with a custom training/boarding package.

Amateur Show Barn with Vandi Reeves

Showmanship, Equitation, Hunt Seat, Western Pleasure, Reining, Saddleseat, Show Hack, Native Costume, Side Saddle.

Junior and Amateur riders that attend Arabian Community Shows, Class A arabian shows, Regionals, U.S. Nationals, and Youth Nationals, When client horses are ready for the show ring, we enter their horses in the shows of their choice, where they show their horse in Junior and Amateur classes in the many disciplines of the Arabian horse.


*Training fee's include two lessons per week (a private one hour lesson, and a group lesson)*       






Amateur Halter Program with Johnny Irigoyen

Halter training for you and your horse. 

Horses of all ages are accepted in this program. Whether you want to show yourself, or prefer Johnny to take your horse to the top, this is the halter program for you.Johnny has a gentle approach to halter training. He is able to produce calm, ride-able horses when he is finished with them. We attend local shows,Arabian Community Shows, Class A  Arabian shows, Regionals, U.S. Nationals, and Youth Nationals.


*Training fee's include one half-hour lesson per week*

  Open Show Barn with Tara Ellwanger

Hunter Pleaure, Jumping, Basic Drassage, Western Pleasure, Gymkhana, Competitive Trail, Trail Rides, and Equitation.


Junior and Amateur riders who rent, lease, or own their own horse. El Camino Ranch escots them to Open Shows, Arabian Community Shows, Gymkhana, and Trail rides.

Green Horse Program with Jeanette VonKaesborg

For the "Going Under Saddle" horses, El Cmino accepts horses as young as two years of age for this program. Starting from the ground up horses will learn how to cross tie, clip, lead, lunge, long line, and eventually accept a saddle and rider calmly and happily. Jeanette builds a trusting relationship with each horse providing a solid foundation for the future.
  

*Training fee's include one lesson per week when the horse is ready for the amateur rider*
